The United Alloy Annual Golf Outing isn’t your typical 18 holes. We rent out a local Wisconsin golf course and make it a bit more interesting. Employees team up with co-workers and play extra games or face additional challenges at specific holes. The golf outing is always an employee favorite that ends with the presentation of team, individual and challenge prizes during a catered lunch.
Another employee favorite is the United Alloy Annual Bags Tournament. Teams of two compete against their co-workers for first, second and third place. As an added prize, we encourage teams to dress up to try and win the “best dressed” prize. Our tournament happens rain or shine since it takes place inside Plant 2 at our headquarters in Janesville!
Every summer, United Alloy puts on an annual summer picnic for employees and their families. Our picnics are fun for all ages and jam packed with activities, games and free food!
Our facility in Seguin, TX striked up some fun this year during the United Alloy Texas Company picnic. Employees and their families enjoyed food, drinks and of course free bowling!
We invite and arrange local food trucks to come on-site for employees to purchase lunch. We also thank them for their hard work by providing food/snacks on special days.
We kicked off the fall season with a family-friendly closed concert for our employees, featuring Dem Horny Funkers. The concert was held on-site with a local food truck and plenty of bags being played.
As a thank you to our hardworking employees who have reached their 5, 10, 15 and 20 year milestone anniversaries, United Alloy hosts a special dinner to honor them. As each year comes to end, and right before the Christmas Holiday, United Alloy holds an annual Holiday Party for our employees. Everyone gathers together for good food, gifts and raffle prizes.
