UAI was proud to be the sponsor of the Military Appreciation Area at the JJO Sonic Boom held recently at the Southern Wisconsin Regional Airport.
This special area at Sonic Boom, which has become a very popular music venue for the region, provided a place for active and retired military to check in, receive special identification they could wear during the show and have a place to relax. Among other key sponsors of this event were three of the major US service organizations including the Army, the Air Force and the Marines.
“We were excited to be able to expand our involvement in the community and to provide high quality, enjoyable events for the residents and for our employees. This was a unique opportunity to honor and show respect for those who have served or are currently serving in the military. We truly feel we should always support these men and women who have sacrificed so much to protect the freedoms we all enjoy.” noted Shannon Latham, Human Resources Manager for UAI.
