I thought wow! This company wants the best for ALL of their employees. They offer a coach to assist you with life’s chances, as well as a safe space to meet with him onsite during work hours.

When it was discussed during orientation on my first day, I was hooked. I came to United Alloy for a new start and financial freedom without even knowing that this program existed. I have goals for my kids and myself. After my first day, I knew I would be on the right path to achieving my goals.

I had dreams and goals before I started my career at United Alloy. After 19.5 years, I left my previous job because I needed a new adventure and new opportunities. I needed to get ahead financially and find a home for my family and I. Within my first two years at United Alloy, I had accomplished this goal. Since then, I have been able to take trips and enjoy what life has to offer.

I appreciated the fact that I could speak in a safe space during my shift. When I spoke, Coach listened to me and guided me into the direction I wanted to move forward in. I am happy that I was able to become financially stable in such a short amount time.

I have become financially independent. I can take care of myself and my family.

I have learned that I am able to do anything with the right tools. Sometimes when you are trying to find yourself, you get lost. That is not the case with Coach. He helps you see clearly and steers you in the right direction.

That United Alloy cares about me as a person. They care about me at work and they care about me outside of work. They are investing their time with me so I can be successful at work and in my personal life. They want me to be the best version of myself.

Talking to Coach is the easy part, but doing all the hard work behind the scenes is the tough part.  Having to keep track of every dollar coming and going out was a big obstacle to overcome. Being able to know your world inside and out is the best and most rewarding feeling you can have mentally, as well as financially.

Being a single mom and finding out that “I can do this,” and “I am strong.” I can have dreams and live life my to the fullest with my kids. Realizing that with the right tools, anything is possible.

I’m living my financial dream, so I know I can accomplish more of my dreams and goals. My kids, ages 13 and 10 have never flown in a plane. I’m working towards that goal as we speak.

Absolutely! I have told co-workers about the program who I know are struggling, or want to live a better a life. A few of them are now participants and working towards achieving their dreams.
